The Leishmaniasis Research Center of Kerman University of Medical Sciences is established to conduct basic, epidemiological and clinical research and promote applied research and create a suitable platform to encourage, attract and employ researchers in the field of leishmaniasis, as well as to educate and train researcher human resources for community-oriented educational thinking, to cover. The research center began operating in 2006 and then received its definitive formation in 2013.
